Registration on the OneAppD System is done for you by your Job Center Manager, when they add you to their Job Center
Your Job Center must also be configured to use the OneApp System (We will tell you when you try to login and your Job Centr is not configured to use the OneApp System)
If you are unsure if you are registered on the OneAppD System, simply type your Email Address and Cellular number in the boxes provided and we'll let you know if you are registered
If we find your Email Address and Cellular number on the system, we will SMS you a unique PIN. You will be required to confirm this PIN in order to login
Once you have confirmed your PIN, we will remember you and you will not be required to login again (If you logout, we will require that you type your Email Address and Cellular number again and send you a new PIN)
Some Things to Remember
- Your Email Address must be your email address. It cannot be anyone else's
- Your Cellular Number must be 10 numbers long and start with either 08, 07 or 06. It cannot contain any spaces, brackets, dashes or dots. You DO NOT need to internationalise your Cellular Number (IE. You do not need to drop the leading 0 and add +27)
- We do not use usernames and passwords on the OneAppD System (Usernames and passwords have proven not to be a secure method to access digital systems)
- We use 2 things you know and 1 thing you have as a security mechanism on the OneAppD System
- The 2 things you know are your Email Address and your Cellular Number
- The 1 thing you have is your cellular phone
- When you type your Email Address and Cellular Number in the provided boxes, we check that you have been registered and if you are, we SMS you a secure PIN. You will be required to type this PIN in the box provided before you can access the OneAppD System
